Sports Massage Therapy

"Time spent getting a massage is never wasted" Anon

I have been doing sport since I can remember, and giving back to my tribe is a privilege. Sharing tips, massaging tight muscles, laughing about the most recent silly fall on a trail, talking shop about the latest shoes, bags, nutrition – what more can I ask for?

What is Sports Massage?

It is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; and includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Yes – it is ALL connected.

Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. You do not need to be a pro athlete or even an athlete to benefit from this service. Life takes its toll on our muscles, and a good massage will help you in your daily activities.
